Available counseling services for faculty, staff, learners, and the general community. The services range from free to low-cost options,  and include internal U-M services as well as external services. 

The Wellness Office aims to encourage and support innovative approaches for improving the quality of experience and well-being at work  among faculty, staff and learners at Michigan Medicine. 

Providing faculty, staff, and learners with resources and support as we navigate the current and future state of balancing family care and work demands. 

The program goal is to support scholarship, enable expertise, and propose solutions in the field of workforce well-being through the protected effort for eligible faculty.

This guide includes helpful questions to consider prior to making new operational decisions or policy changes. It can also be used as a debriefing tool to assess the impact of an implementation (e.g., what went well, or any learning opportunity). 

This network is a collaborative group of faculty, staff, and learners designated by their leaders to be liaisons to the Wellness Office. They actively promote workforce well-being in their respective departments, disciplines, and offices.  Find the Wellness Advocate Network from your area!
