Q: How does the Wellness Office work with MHealthy?
A: The Wellness Office partners with MHealthy to promote their programs and services focused on individual level strategies to improve health and well-being. The Wellness Office collaborates with MHealthy on strategies that improve well-being at an institutional level based on trends they see in program utilization and feedback from their campus-wide initiatives. Both areas have the mutual goal of supporting an environment that allows people to thrive at work.

A. The Wellness Office works with Michigan Medicine leaders and key partners to focus on system level strategies and best practices to improve workplace well-being for faculty, staff and learners at an organizational level. Human Resources provides faculty and staff with support and resources related to employment, job performance and professional development. The Wellness Office partners with Human Resources on initiatives that address overall organizational well-being.

The Office of Counselling and Workplace Resilience
When needed, the Office of Counselling and Workplace Resilience provides free and confidential counseling, coaching and stress debriefing services to help faculty and staff develop strength and resilience in their personal and professional lives.
